Who we are

What data we collect

• Email address — provided by Google or GitHub when you sign in. Used to identify your account.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and we store a reference to link your account to your subscription. We never see or store your card details.

What data we do NOT collect

• Voice recordings — all speech recognition happens locally on your device. Your voice never leaves your computer.
• Transcription content — we never see, store, or transmit what you dictate.
• Passwords — we use OAuth exclusively. We never ask for or store passwords.
• Payment details — credit card numbers and billing details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your MDRN account.
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• To keep you logged in across sessions.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Google OAuth — used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• GitHub OAuth — used for authentication. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.
• Stripe — used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session tokens are automatically deleted after expiration. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at zajc.gasper@gmail.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at zajc.gasper@gmail.com.
